Delete Account

We're sorry to see you go. Requesting account deletion will permanently remove your data from NeuroMate.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following data stored in Supabase will be permanently erased:

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • Uploaded PDFs, study materials, and documents
  • AI-generated notes, flashcards, quizzes, and study history

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account in two ways:

Option 1: Inside the App (Instant)

  1. Open the NeuroMate app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings > Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Option 2: Email Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app, send an email from the email address associated with your account to:

support@neuromate.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Our team will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
